Clear Pay Solutions is a payment processing advisor serving businesses across the United States. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or inquire about our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Clear Pay Solutions (“Clear Pay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent payment processing advisor and authorized dealer for point-of-sale systems, serving restaurants, retail, and service businesses throughout the United States. We help merchants select equipment, set up credit card processing, and provide ongoing local support.
This policy applies to www.clearpaysolutions.co and to the information we collect when you contact us about our services. It does not govern the privacy practices of the third-party payment processors, acquiring banks, or card networks that ultimately process transactions for our merchant clients, those parties maintain their own privacy notices, which we will identify when you become a merchant.
This policy covers two categories of people:
Our clients are businesses, not individual consumers. Where this policy refers to “personal information,” we mean information that identifies an individual human being, typically a business owner, employee, or representative, rather than business-entity information alone.
When you fill out our contact form or communicate with us, you may provide:
You can also reach us by phone at (407) 453-3511 or by email at info@clearpaysolutions.co, in which case we will receive whatever information you share in that exchange.
Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, including:
We use this information to operate the site, measure performance, detect abuse, and improve the user experience.
If you move forward with becoming a merchant client, we (or the payment processor we partner with for your account) may receive information from:
Underwriting and merchant application data is collected and retained primarily by the payment processor, not by Clear Pay. Their privacy notices will be provided with your application paperwork.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Clear Pay does not store, process, or transmit cardholder data on its own systems. When you become a merchant client, card transactions are handled end-to-end by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and the POS hardware you install. Clear Pay’s role is advisory, configuration, and support.
During the merchant application process, some sensitive financial information (such as a business bank account number for funding) is collected on forms provided by the processor, not by Clear Pay, and is transmitted directly to that processor’s secure systems.
Our website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as loading web fonts, protecting against spam on our contact form, and measuring aggregate site performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not share site visitor data with advertising networks.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Because common web standards do not yet provide a consistent way to interpret browser “Do Not Track” signals, our site does not currently respond to them.
When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out, you consent to receive a reply from Juan Cruz (or another Clear Pay representative) by phone, text message, or email at the contact information you provide, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing the services you requested.
We do not send mass marketing texts. Our replies are personal follow-ups. If you ever want us to stop contacting you, reply STOP to a text, ask on any call, or email info@clearpaysolutions.co and we will honor the request promptly. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we hold. Our website is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Access to client information inside Clear Pay is limited to personnel who need it to do their jobs. Where applicable, the payment processors we partner with maintain PCI-DSS certification for the transaction data they handle.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, for example, you feel the security of any account you have with us has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@clearpaysolutions.co.
We retain inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. In general:
You can request earlier deletion of your information, see Your choices and rights below.
Regardless of where you live, you can:

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. In the 12 months prior to the effective date of this policy, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 3 (“Information we collect”) for the purposes described in Section 4 (“How we use information”), and have disclosed those categories only to the service providers and counterparties described in Section 5 (“How we share information”).

Our website and services are intended for business owners and professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, POS manufacturer pages, Google reviews, or social profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before sharing information with them.
Clear Pay operates in the United States. If you visit our website or contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may be different from those in your country. By using our site or contacting us, you consent to that transfer.
In the unlikely event of a security incident that compromises personal information, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Florida Department of Legal Affairs and other regulators in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) and other applicable laws.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our technology, or the law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site and, where appropriate, by direct notice to active clients.
